Project Scoping

The first step in your journey to iPhone success is to scope out the project and proposed application.  Grayforce Solutions will help ensure you fully understand the capabilities of the product and how they might work for your business. We'll meet with you to fully understand your situation, budget, desires, timelines, and expectations and then prepare a free proposal for your review.  This entire step in the sales process is always complimentary.

Application Design

Now that you know what you want...what do you want it to look and feel like?  We sit down with you and get an understanding of your business and target audience. From here we can map out a robust user interface that is easy to use and fully conforms to Apple's requirements. We ensure all parties that may be required for successful completion are fully engaged and agree to their commitments.  During this step you are highly engaged and application development is not started until you are completely satisfied.

Application Development and Testing

Now comes the fun part...watching your application grow!  Once the initial prototype is complete, you will be engaged to ensure compliance to specifications.  After a thorough round of internal testing, the application will be turned over to you for formal validation and sign-off.

Distribution and Support

Now we are ready to distribute the application to Apple for their review.  Once this is complete the application can be distributed on the App Store or distributed on an ad-hoc basis for company use.  Before calling the project complete, we will sit down and fully review the support process and how to engage us when needed.
